Five Arches Business Estate, Sidcup.This 4.6 acre site was acquired jointly with The Property Merchant Group in 2004. Planning consent was obtained for 82,770 sq ft of B1 space in 7 units, the largest being 25,500 sq ft plus a 12,000 sq ft mezzanine, pre-let to Churchill Insurance as a disaster recovery centre. Other units were let to Plumb Centre, Orion Trent Ltd and Tropical Blinds Ltd. The scheme was funded by Liverpool Victoria Asset Management Ltd who retained the investment valued at over £8m. on completion |
