Peterborough Business Park, Lynch Wood.

Frenbury handed over the keys of a three-storey 22,953 sq ft office building at Peterborough Business Park, Lynch Wood to international agri-business, AB Agri in August 2008. The large-scale development was successfully completed from start to finish in just over one year on time and to budget.

Gretton Brook Road, Corby.

Frenbury acquired this 1.64 acre site in 2007and obtained detailed planning consent for a 40,264 sq ft warehouse with 12m eaves. It took 7 months to complete the scheme which was sold for £2.95m. in April 2008, This scheme was pre-let to Zeus Packaging Ltd.

Thorpe Wood Business Park, Thorpe Wood, Peterborough.

Frenbury obtained detailed planning permission for approx 19,000 sq ft of B1 offices in 7 buildings on this 1.34 acre site and constructed 6 units in 2006. All units were sold prior to completion for £2.095m. Frenbury retained one of the buildings as its own office.

Frenbury developed 12 office units on a 2 acre site recently all of which were quickly sold for £2.3m in 2005.

Chapman Way, Tunbridge Wells.

A development of 21,218 sq ft of B1, B2 and B8 space in 9 units was developed jointly with Iceni Developments Ltd. and sold for £2.575m in 2005.

Five Arches Business Estate, Sidcup.

This 4.6 acre site was acquired jointly with The Property Merchant Group in 2004. Planning consent was obtained for 82,770 sq ft of B1 space in 7 units, the largest being 25,500 sq ft plus a 12,000 sq ft mezzanine, pre-let to Churchill Insurance as a disaster recovery centre.

Other units were let to Plumb Centre, Orion Trent Ltd and Tropical Blinds Ltd. The scheme was funded by Liverpool Victoria Asset Management Ltd who retained the investment valued at over £8m. on completion
