Gretton Brook Road, Corby
Yet another stage in Corby’s regeneration plans came into being at the beginning of June 2007 when The Frenbury Group announced the start of a £3m development at Gretton Brook Road, Earlstrees Industrial Estate, Corby.
Frenbury has pre-let the 39,900 sq ft warehouse building to Zeus Packaging, an Irish packaging specialist. Brian O’Sullivan, Managing Director, Zeus said, “This represents a major step in our ongoing expansion plans within the UK market. We have recently taken over an existing packaging company with operations in Norwich and Wellingborough and are relocating our Wellingborough operation into a larger high bay warehouse in Corby to accommodate our further expansion plans.”
Wally French, Managing Director, The Frenbury Group commented, “This represents one of the biggest inward investment deals in Corby for a considerable period of time. We are pleased to have been chosen by Zeus Packaging to assist them in their expansion plan and trust that this development is another step forward in a long line of high profile transactions destined for Corby.”

The property is due to be handed over for occupation on 22 November 2007.
