Gateway, Peterborough
The five buildings at Gateway Peterborough will total 1,817,085 sq ft (168,807 sq m), over 119 acres (48.1 hectares). Designed by the award winning Leicester-based architects Stephen George & Partners, working closely with Peterborough City Council’s Planning Department, Gateway will offer cutting-edge design in a heavily landscaped environment, one in which every care has been taken to safeguard existing wildlife and, at the same time, achieve a high standard of sustainability, energy conservation and environmental care – in short, a development of which Peterborough will be justifiably proud.
