Frenbury acquired the last 14.6 acres in Peterborough’s premier Business Park in 2002. Various developments have been carried out since.
On the final site overlooking the East of England Showground roundabout we carried out a development of a 3 storey office unit of 22,953 sq ft net which was completed at the end of August 2008. The building was pre-let to AB Agri Ltd for a period of 15 years and is being held as an investment. Value £4.85m.
